COVID-19 HOSPITAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

Per HHS published memo "COVID-19 Guidance for Hospital Reporting and FAQs For Hospitals, Hospital Laboratory, and Acute Care Facility Data Reporting Updated July 10, 2020", as of July 15, 2020, hospitals no longer report the Covid-19 information in this document to the National Healthcare Safety Network site (NHSN). Hospitals may submit data to TeleTracking™

via https://teletracking.protect.hhs.gov or report to the state if the state has assumed responsibility.
