Nursing Homes and Patient Rights

Just in case you haven't noticed, it is an election year! As Americans look forward to exercise their right to vote for the candidate of their choice so do residents in Long Term Care Facilities (LTCF). CMS has issued a QSO memo reaffirming the importance that nursing home residents be afforded the opportunity to exercise this right
